Multi Turbo Blancher (MTB)

Belt type water blancher specially designed for Potato products. Operation is based on the multi turbo principle for uniform heat transfer controlled temperature and time.
For blanching of slices, strips, cubes of any root vegetables like potatoes, carrots etc.

Multi Flow Frying Systems

Advanced high performance Multi-flow Frying system with precision process controls, exclusively designed for specific product application.

Multi flow maintains constant oil temperature on entire fryer length.
Excellent product quality and less oil in the product.
High performance continuous oil filtration unit filter every drop of oil 2 to 3 times every minute to remove fines to maintain better oil quality.
Indirect oil heating and less oil in the system for good oil quality and better oil management.
Hygiene by design with CIP system.
