Site
Selection
We
evaluate potential sites based on proven selection criteria such
as trade area analysis, demographic studies, logistics
considerations and assessment of local competition.
Building
Design
and Development
We will prepare layouts and
specifications, complete with detailed interior and exterior
designs, and building plans for your factory. The plans will be
customized as necessary for your location to incorporate the
developer's design criteria and regional geography. We offer
supply as well as professional supervision of all, placement and
installation of equipment and fixtures.
Technology
Our
experience in various countries allows us to create a custom
designed solution for your needs.
Training
We provide intensive
operational and administrative training programs for all skilled
labor and senior level managers. These may take the form of
on-the-job training, classroom training programs or a
combination of both. As well, our installation staff conducts
training and for all staff members prior to the opening.
Onsite
Assistance
We will
supervise all opening activities including co-ordination with
suppliers, trial run.
Operations
Support
A comprehensive, continually
updated Confidential Operations Manual forms the heart of each
Wintech partner system. All management functions are
periodically analysed, and revised as necessary.
Wintech schedules periodic
visits and counseling by experienced operations field staff who
will liase with you on operational and promotional matters.

and Quality Control
We conduct research and
development of raw material, packaging and equipment. We monitor
industry trends to stay ahead of the competition. Frequent
consultations between partners and our are conducted to ensure
brand continuity and a consistently high level of quality
throughout the system.
Accounting
Services
We provide access to a
financial reporting system and training service for your
operation’s accountant. Our system generates periodic reports
that provide the operational and financial analysis required for
effective control of your business.
