Destoner
The machine is used to remove the Dirt & Stones on the farm picked potatoes and to elevate the same to the peeler. The turbulence of water removes the adhered sand particles and also the stones. The screw feeder, driven by a constant speed motor carries the potatoes into the peeler. The unit incorporates trap doors, which can be used for cleaning after the production. Certain amount of washing is achieved to assist better peeling. Capacity to match the process line.
Roller Inspection Conveyor
Peeled potatoes to be inspected on a Roller Inspection conveyor. This will facilitate full view of each Potato since rollers turn the potato full 360 degrees, which is not done on a flat plastic belt. The equipment also provides for Trim stations mounted on either side of table to facilitate trimming and disposal through waste chute or with option of waste conveyors on both sides.
Slice Washer Tumbler & Shaker
Specially designed tumbler washer, which effectively removes surface starch from freshly sliced potatoes and separates small pieces. Double washing of raw slices is extremely effective in Tumbler and thereafter on Shaker. Water Recycling is done for low water consumption.
Tumbler Washer
Exclusively designed twin tube tumbler washer, to receive Slices from the Slicer and carry it in water to the shaker. It achieves optimum washing of potato slices.
Vibratory Shaker
A vibratory shaking unit ensures elimination of small and broken slices. System complete with stainless steel water circulation pump, related pipeline etc.
Drum Blancher
The blancher handles the product very gently to minimize damages and breakages. Accurate temperature control of the water is essential for achieving the right characteristics of the finished product. Even heat transfer is important to get an even product quality. It may be used for nominal blanching/ washing of chips in hot water.
High Speed Belt with air knife system
The slices are fed to the fryer through High Speed Belt, which ensures distribution and separation of individual slices.
An Air Knife system finally removes surface water on chips, before they are fed to the fryer.
Fryer for Potato French Fries
Multi-flow frying System- for par-frying of raw potato sticks is given. Since oil pick up is very low, minimum oil is kept in circulation in frying system.

The pan is equipped with multiple fat inlets to ensure an even heat supply during the frying.
Under the return part, there is a collection system for the drops that may fall off the return part of the belt. These are connected to one point and from there they can be transported back to the system. The return part is completely integrated and there is no waste or dripping on the floor. The total fat volume is hereby reduced and the turnover value is low. This influences the possible storage time of the end product.
Special vapor hood design with drip-back security and outlet telescopic type. The vapor hood can easily be lifted by means of the screw lifting. The fryer is equipped with digital temperatures indicator and temperature regulator. Variable speed drive for frying time control.
For easy cleaning, a CIP (Cleaning in place) system is installed with spray heads and pipes in the top of the hood.
Oil Heat Exchanger can use hot thermic oil or steam as may be preferred by the customer.

The Pan is equipped with multiple inlets to ensure an even temperature and an even fat flow along the entire pan at the same time. The multiple outlets can be adjusted individually to obtain the optimal fat level in the pan.

Inclined elevator

S.S Hood & Hood Lift Assembly

The specific construction of our out feed belt gives advantages with regard to the fat draining during the elevation from the fat bath. A warm closed atmosphere during the transport time is obtained. Dripped off fat goes back into the system.
Demister Pad for Chimney
To separate droplets in a stream of air, e.g oil and water droplets in the exhaust from the fryer. These droplets can easily be removed.
