Line Components
Process equipments for continuous production of par rried french fries. Capacity 1000Kg/hr. It is based on fresh Graded potatoes, having 21% solid content and ideal processing conditions. All the equipments are manufactured on a Swedish technical know how and fabricated in stainless steel-304 only.

Washing & Peeling
Infeed Elevator
Unit for receiving potatoes and feeding at controlled rate to the Destoner.
Destoner
The machine is used to remove the Dirt & Stones on the farm picked potatoes and to elevate the same to the peeler. The turbulence of water removes the adhered sand particles and also the stones. The screw feeder, driven by a constant speed motor carries the potatoes into the peeler. The unit incorporates trap doors, which can be used for cleaning after the production. Certain amount of washing is achieved to assist better peeling.

Sliver Remover
- Sourced From Europe
- For effectively removing slivers from cut French fries.
- Consists of a step shaker with a main table and modular screen.
Nubbin Remover
- For removal of Nubbins (Short pieces)
- Product is spread across full width of table and small pieces fall through perforated screen.
Inclined Elevator
- For feeding potato strips to Blancher.
- Food Grade PVC flighted belt.
Screw Blancher – 1l/
- For leaching out sugar and for pre-blanching.
- Variable Speed Drive for blanching time control.

Dipping Elevator
- Outfeed height extended to suit infeed shaker.

Dewatering Shaker
- The shaker is adjusted to the width of the drying belt to get an even distribution all over the belt.
- Air knife to remove surface moisture on raw strips.
Belt Dryer
- Partial removal of moisture from the product before frying.
- Doors can be fully opened on one side of the dryer for quick and easy cleaning.
- The Stainless Steel belts are equipped with variable speed drive for easy adjustment of residence time.
- All material Contact Parts + Belt are in SS-304.Frame &

Equilibration Belt
- For the final inspection of the blanched dried strips before frying, and also for a final equilibration in the dried strips.
- Sanitary belt in food grade plastic modular construction.
Infeed Shaker
- This shaker is adjusted to the width of the belt on the fryer to give an even distribution all over the width.
Frying & Cooling
Multi-Flow Frying System
Comprising:- a) Continuous fryer

f) Hood Lifting g) CIP(Cleaning in place system) The pan is equipped with multiple fat inlets to ensure an even heat supply during the frying. The multiple outlets can be adjusted individually with regards to the fat level in the pan. To get the smallest possible amount of fat in the system, the return part of the belt is under the pan. Under the return part, there is a collection system for the drops that may fall off the return part of the belt. These are connected to one point and from there they can be transported back to the system. The return part is completely integrated and there is no waste or dripping on the floor. The total fat volume is hereby reduced and the turnover value is low. This influences the possible storage time of the end product. Special vapor hood design with drip-back lock and outlet telescopic type. The vapor hood can easily be lifted by means of the screw lifting. The fryer is equipped with digital temperatures indicator and temperature regulator. Variable speed drive for frying time control. For easy cleaning, a CIP (Cleaning in place) system is installed with spray heads and pipes in the top of the hood. Heat Exchanger can be sourced by the customer directly.
Defatting Shaker
- To shake off any oil on surface of Fried Product/Strips.
- To spread the Fried stuff evenly on to the Cooling Belt.
Ambient Cooling Belt
- For the cooling of hot partially fried French fries to ambient temperature.
- SS wire mesh Belt.
Control Panel
To be placed suitably in the processing area near the frying system to control and interlink equipment.
